Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. Delays may occur due to late content/feedback from the client, which is outside our control.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website or app design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the quotation. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
Ongoing maintenance and support are available as a separate service and are not included automatically unless specified in your package.
Sukhdeep Website Designer & Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including third-party service outages (hosting, domain providers, payment gateways, etc.).
Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in your individual project agreement. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
